The area
The small towns of Lynton and Lynmouth are close by, along with Ilfracombe (10 mins away) where you can take a day trip to Lundy.
The vast beaches of Saunton Sands (30 mins) and Woolacombe (20 mins) are close by, along with Croyde.
The South West Coast Path runs through Combe Martin, and there’s the Dinosaur Park just outside the village.

In Combe Martin there are several pubs serving food, fish and chips, tea rooms, a bakery and more.
Ilfracombe - 10 minutes away - has restaurants and takeaways too. And of course there is Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Morrisons and Asda all within easy reach!

The Annex has plenty of parking up a private driveway.
Combe Martin beach and the pubs and cafes are 5 minutes walk away.
The Annex is sits in the grounds of Libra Gardens, which also has ample space for camping if you prefer.
The Annex has both views out to the sea as well as up to Exmoor and the Coast Path is just a couple of minutes from the front door.
